Holiday Workshop for Singles and Couples

In our holiday workshop we will introduce you to Tantra Yoga exercises suitable for experienced persons as well as for “newcomers”. Your energy channels will be expanded and activated, your immune system will be improved and your whole body will be rejuvenated. The exercises that we teach include Asanas (positions), Tantric breathing techniques and meditations that you can also practise at home. Our exercises release blockades, they activate and harmonise male and female energy channels and we show you how to transform your sexual energy. In contrast to ascetic Yoga, Tantra focuses on pleasure, zest for life and sensuality. Our various massages, meditations and dancing complete our programme. Enjoy finding your centre and your “flow” with us: Experience what it feels like to be one, united with yourself, other people and nature.

Especially before and after the workshop you will have time for making contact, swimming, sunbathing and tours in the regions – experience all these wonderful possibilities within a group of peers, two-some or just for yourself. The Seminar hotel Caproig

The hotel is situated on the rock of “Port Salvi” – a unique place within a wonderful and secluded area. This spacious place is more than 11,000 square metres wide. Connected directly to the sea and situated within an enchanting sub-tropical garden, Caproig and its surroundings make you feel at home in a paradisiacal quiet where you will find it easy to relax and recover. What more can you expect of such a place? Find a hotwater whirl-pool within a natural rock, an array of sweet and salt water pools, a sunny terrace, a separate children’s pool, a spacious garden, sauna, steam bath, a massage and bathing area. Does it really make you wonder that Port Salvi and the “Garden Eden” are known to be the ideal place in order to pause, calm down and relax?

In the “Garden Eden”, chirping birds will wake you up, the first thing you smell in the morning is the aroma of flowers and blossoms, you will hear the waves roll in on the rocks and can let your soul come to a rest within the infinity of the horizon. The kitchen offers diversified 4-course menus including fresh fish (vegetarian food will be offered if desired) that round off our programme of balance and inner harmony. The hotel area is only 10 minutes from Sant Feliu de Giuxols – a typical small “catalan” town with a colourful and lively farmer’s market, an inviting waterfront promenade as well as a wonderful and broad beach. Girona is only at 30 kilometer’s distance, Barcelona is about 100 kilometres away.

This Tantra Yoga holiday is suitable both for singles and couples, for beginners and advanced people.
