On receiving your form, your registration is binding and we will keep your place in the seminar open. Payment has to be affected within one week after written registration : 50 per cent of the seminar cost (with special price offer: 100 per cent). Payment can be made either via cheque (cheque for deposit only) or via bank transfer: Bank DetailsLifeCreation GbR For Bank Transfers from Abroad: The remaining participation cost has to be paid on the beginning of the seminar. Deregistration: On deregistration up to four weeks before the beginning of the seminar, a cancellation fee of only € 50.- has to be paid to our account. Up to two weeks before the beginning of the seminar, 50 per cent of the cost has to be paid. On deregistration less than two weeks before the seminar, the full amount of the cost has to be paid. No cancellation fee has to be paid if a substitute is named to take the place of the original participant. Should you decide to drop out of the seminar early, there will be no reimbursement of the seminar fee. Should we, Leimbach and Bust GbR, in the following "the organisers" of the seminar decide to cancel the seminar, the seminar fee will be reimbursed completely as well as the cancellation fee charged by the hotel. Further claims against the organisers are excluded. Liabilities: All participants take full responsibility for themselves and their actions within the seminar or outside of the seminar. All participants are fully liable for losses arising from their actions. Neither the organisers nor the host of the hotel shall be held liable for any claims arising hereof. We would strongly like to point out that our seminars are no substitute for any medical, therapeutic or psychiatric treatment. People who are presently in therapy are obliged to clarify with their psycho-therapists whether they are in a position to take part in the seminar. Special Prices: For some of our seminars, we grant a special price on registration up to six weeks before the seminar. Early registrations make life easier for us as well as for the hosts in respect to planning and organisation. Confirmations: You will receive written confirmation only for weekend seminars and seminars that are planned for several days. 7 to 10 days before the beginning of the seminar, you will receive written confirmation of course registration including directions or a location plan and all information necessary for the seminar. Room and Board: Our seminars take place in various seminar houses. As a result hereof, Room and Board are arranged differently. In each case, payment will be affected with the respective seminar house. Room and Board has to be booked by the participants themselves. We advise you to make your reservations early with the respective seminar house. Phone numbers and locations see above. We would like to point out that the seminar house might charge you the full expenses in case of short-term cancellation or notice of departure. This can include cost for full room and board, depending on the room category. Modification: We reserve the right to modify seminar times or places - also on short notice. Prices and dates might include spelling errors or typos. For smaller groups or other reasons, we reserve the right to have only one seminar leader present.
